We frequently offer a products according to the amount of your order (excluding shipping costs). These products are selected automatically before the confirmation of your basket. You then have the option to change it, or choose not to receive it.
We invite you to check that they appear in your basket during the confirmation stage and to go back a step if the product is no longer included, making sure that your order is eligible.
Once the order has been validated, we cannot change it as the warehouse staff will use the invoice to prepare your order.
The offer will not be applicable to your next order, nor can it be combined with other current or future orders. It will not be refunded if the products are not in your invoice and therefore have not been selected.
