Your package will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days after validation of your order. If you place your order on the weekend or on a public holiday, your products will be dispatched within the next two working days.

Please note that we avoid doing single product returns due to the return fees deducted and possible custom charges. In these cases, another solution can be offerred by the customer service on a case by case basis.
