can i bookmark my favorite products ?

You can create a list of your favorite products in your customer account under "My favorites". This will allow you to easily find the products that you have spotted, would like to puchase in the future, or that you would like to find again easily.

do you sell gift cards ?

Yes! The gift cards can only be used on the website where it was purchased (FR, Global, Germany, UK or USA).

in what order do i apply my products?

Every skin is different. However, we recommend establishing a routine which can be personalized according to the current skin concerns of each individual.

can i use your products if i am pregnant or breastfeeding?

When a product is advised to avoid during pregnancy or breastfeeding, this information will be mentioned on the product page under the "Precautions for use" section.

how do i know which products are suitable for my skin type?

Our teams have taken care to develop a personalized and reliable tool for you that is verified by a dermatologist. Our skin diagnostic (link) will recommend a prescription adapted to your skin.

my skin is very reactive, can i use your products?

Each product has specific precautions for use, we recommend you carefully read each product description page that we take care to update regularly.

what if my skin reacts to a product?

If your skin reacts to a Typology product, stop using it immediately and contact us at [email protected] If you have photos to send us, that's even better!

do you test the products on animals?

None of our products are tested on animals, in accordance with the laws applied within the European Union.

are your products vegan?

All our products are vegan, that is to say that none of our treatments contain any cosmetic ingredient or active ingredient of animal origin.

how should i store my typology products?

Our products should be stored in a dry place at room temperature. Some of our serums are photosensitive (exposure to light can alter the effectiveness of the product), for this purpose the bottles tinted amber in order to protect the formula.

where do you sell your products?

We currently do not have any retail stores. Typology is a 100% digital brand and does not work with any intermediary or reseller. This is what allows us to offer you quality products at affordable prices.

do you offer samples?

We do not offer samples for our skincare range except for the Tinted Serum, available through the search bar. However, most of our products are available in small formats which allows you to test them before purchasing the full size product.

how do i know when a product will be back in stock?

Go to the product's description page on the website. In most cases, we’ve added an option to set up an alert for your desired product.

are your products compatible with microneedling?

None of our products have been tested for use with microneedling or any skincare tool, so we aren’t able to recommend this application technique for our products.

who can i contact if i have questions about a product?

If you have any questions or would like to know more about one of our products, you can ask a question directly via the relevant product page by clicking on "Ask a question" in the FAQ section.

am i allowed to resell your products on my own website?

Unfortunately, your Typology purchases are for personal use only. Please note that we reserve the right to reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for personal use.

can i order a product which is out of stock?

Simply go to the description page of the product in question. Sign up to receive a back-in-stock notification by email by clicking on "Notify me".

why does my product smell strong or unusual ?

Our products are highly concentrated in natural ingredients and we do not add perfume to our compositions, as this is not suitable for some people and can be an allergenic substance.
